Freight Shipping Policy:

After we receive a freight order, it takes 1-3 business days to process the order and prepare the package for shipment. Please be patient, our warehouse staff needs to carefully pack your items to prevent damage during transit. After the freight company picks up your order from our warehouse, we will email you the tracking information.

When the shipment arrives in your general area, the freight company will contact you to set up a delivery appointment. Since freight companies deliver multiple orders on each day, the best they can do is give you a date, not a specific time window.

Please inspect your order upon delivery WHILE THE DELIVERY TEAM IS STILL THERE. Even if the box shows no signs of damage, the customer is still responsible for inspecting the item prior to signing the delivery receipt. All freight shipment will have to be signed for. If you sign for an item and do not note any damage, there is nothing we can do to get you a new part if you later discover damage. Please note any damage or anything unusual on the Bill of Lading and keep a copy of the paperwork. Contact us right away if anything is wrong with your order, 1-877-5-STAGE3.

In case of damage in transit, you are only eligible for a refund and/or a replacement part if proper notation of damage has been made to the Bill of Lading.

Please keep the original packaging material for 30 days, as the item will need to be wrapped and packaged properly for return in case of damage.

All damage claims sent to our Return Department must be accompanied by a clear photo of the damage.
